Shot with a HOLGA.
Multiple exposures (obviously)
My favorite portion of the image is the small section in the upper left with the two small children.
It was a relatively miserable day, raining and cold, very very cold. Oh, and ridiculously windy.

This was taken on my walk back from a small yet surprisingly well stocked photography store called Webb Cam. (Seriously people they're really nice and it's a great store if you need photography supplies look them up) Frequently in my photography (especially in my portraiture) you'll probably notice that while I set my aperture to nearly everything under the sun I tend to favor images that use a shallower depth of field.
